What you will do:
- Conduct assessments of newly referred adults experiencing First Episode Psychosis to the Early Intervention Service.
- Serve as a care coordinator within the Care Programme Approach for a defined caseload of service users and their carers.
- Provide evidence-based psychosocial interventions focusing on engagement, recovery, and social inclusion.
- Address physical health care needs of service users, promoting overall well-being.
- Work collaboratively with a team dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey to recovery.

Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing.
- Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse.
- NMC Registration.
- Experience with evidence-based interventions for first episode psychosis.
- Experience working with service users experiencing psychosis within a community setting.
