What you will do:
- Provide specialist Occupational Therapy interventions using an evidence-based, flexible, and patient-centred approach.
- Work within a Multi-Disciplinary Team to address and meet the complex health and social care needs of the patients referred to our services.
- Offer supervision and leadership to junior occupational therapy staff members.
- Provide supervision and training for students on practice placements.
- Engage in the planning, development, and evaluation of Occupational Therapy services within a designated specialist team.
- Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach to ensure exceptional delivery of Occupational Therapy services across all pathways.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
- Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably within the NHS.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
