Social Worker - Assessment & Staying Together within the vibrant location of Stafford, UK, earning £33.30 hourly. What you will do:
- Conduct assessments for children and families to determine their needs and develop tailored support plans
- Support cases involved with Child In Need, Child Protection, PLO, Care Proceeding, and Private Law matters
- Collaborate with team members and other professionals to continually improve service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet statutory expectations
- Engage with families and professionals to foster effective partnerships and secure positive outcomes
- Attend and contribute to meetings, reviews, and court proceedings
