What you will do:
- Lead and manage a team of social workers and support staff within the MASH Team, ensuring high-quality services are delivered.
- Oversee assessments and interventions, ensuring that cases are handled efficiently and in line with best practices.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners to improve service delivery and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and organisational policies, maintaining excellent standards in social work practice.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Recent managerial experience, ideally working as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
- Extensive frontline experience in either Adults or Children's Services, with a proven track record in a managerial position.
