What you will do:

• Assess and manage the initial contact and referrals at the front door of children's social care.
• Work collaboratively with families, other professionals, and agencies to gather essential information.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure children and families receive timely interventions.
• Make well-informed decisions regarding the appropriate pathway for children and families.
• Provide guidance and increase awareness about safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Document all interactions and decisions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in continuous professional development and supervision to enhance your practice.
