HVAC Designer

Initial 12 Month Contract

Birchwood, Warrington – 3 days per week in office, 2 days per week from home

Inside IR35 – UMBRELLA/ PAYE

Do you have a good knowledge of REVIT and AutoCAD software and are on the lookout for a new role in the HVAC world?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a HVAC Designer to work on a long term contract basis that will provide a hybrid working set up and the opportunity to build your skillset.

As a HVAC Designer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing engineering solutions through to design for manufacture, the full project life cycle
• As the HVAC Designer, you will be producing technical drawings and models: HVAC component models, piping isometrics, Mechanical & Electrical Plant (MEP) component models, MEP installation drawings, MEP content or family creation
• BIM modelling for HVAC, MEP, plumbing & pipework
• As the HVAC Designer, you will be recording quantities take off and scheduling
• Delivering your scope of work to time and budget

Qualifications

• Experienced user of Revit and AutoCAD software
• Good communication skills, and able to interface with external and internal stakeholders
• As the HVAC Designer, you will have experience of highly regulated environments would be advantageous
• Experience completing PFDs/VFDs
• Experience using using AutoCAD for circa 8 months.
• As the HVAC Designer, you will have familiarity of Aveva products (E3D)
• Familiarity with CIBSE guides
