Join our dynamic Adult Social Care team in Enfield as an East Locality Social Worker and make a real difference in the community. This is an exciting opportunity to work full-time with older people, adults with disabilities, and vulnerable adults. As a Level 3 Social Worker, you will conduct Care Act Assessments, Support Planning, and Reviews. What You Will Do:

• Undertake comprehensive social care assessments and produce detailed support plans as needed.
• Utilize your knowledge and understanding of Direct Payments using a strength-based approach.
• Apply sound knowledge of the continuing health care process and legislation, including Decision Support Tools.
• Engage sensitively and effectively with family members of service users.
• Be involved in CHC Assessments, Asylum/NRPF cases, Transition, and Safeguarding tasks.
