We are working with a leading hospitality tech business, as they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Customer Success Implementation Manager to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between product and customer — combining technical know-how, project management, and people skills to help clients unlock the full value of a powerful SaaS platform from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading onboarding projects tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Delivering engaging training and onboarding sessions that build client confidence
- Managing the technical setup and configuration of the platform
- Supporting clients with data integration and system connections
- Communicating timelines, deliverables, and potential risks clearly and consistently
- Troubleshooting challenges to keep projects on track
- Building strong, long-term client relationships that promote satisfaction and loyalty
- Feeding client insights back into the product team to influence future development
- Monitoring implementation performance and sharing updates with internal teams
What They’re Looking For
Essential Experience:
- 3+ years in a Customer Success, Implementation, or Onboarding role (ideally in a SaaS environment)
- Strong technical acumen with experience in software configuration and setup
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Jira
