The Company
An ambitious and fast-expanding leisure group with a strong presence across the Northwest. With several sites and more in the pipeline, they’re building a brand focused on quality, creativity, and community. Known for delivering outstanding customer experiences across their venues, this company is entering an exciting new phase of growth and they’re looking for an experienced Area Manager to help lead the charge.
The Area Manager Role
As Area Manager, you’ll oversee the operations of 8–10 leisure sites, ensuring consistent performance across service delivery, customer satisfaction, and team development. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to shape operational strategy, support site managers, and drive commercial performance. You’ll lead on everything from P&L and compliance to people development, customer feedback, and brand execution.

- A hands-on, commercially savvy operator with experience overseeing multi-site leisure or hospitality venues
- Strong people leadership skills – you know how to get the best out of your teams
- A mix of structure and entrepreneurial thinking – you can bring processes to a growing business while staying agile and creative
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- A genuine passion for leisure, guest experience, and team culture
