My client, a leading third party provider is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Contract Director to take the lead in delivering soft services, with a strong focus on catering, within a healthcare setting. If you're a natural leader who thrives on delivering excellence, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make a real impact where it truly matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery and performance of soft FM services, with a spotlight on catering, ensuring services meet and exceed contract expectations.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and PFI partners, acting as the key point of contact for all soft service operations.
• Inspire your team to innovate, improve, and deliver a best-in-class experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Manage budgets, drive commercial performance, and ensure full compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory standards.

What They Are Looking For:

• A proven leader with senior FM experience in a PFI healthcare environment – knowing the complexities and how to navigate them.
• Strong background in FM operations within large, demanding settings.
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder, with a passion for people and service.
• Commercially savvy, compliance-conscious, and always one step ahead in spotting opportunities for improvement.
