Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care, supporting clinical teams in a general practice setting.

• Conduct phlebotomy and ECG procedures with confidence and care.

• Independently manage 1:1 consultations with patients, identifying any issues requiring escalation or referral.

• Accurately update patient records using SystmOne and adhere to data security protocols.

• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment.

Essential Criteria:

• Proficient in SystmOne with a valid smartcard.

• Demonstrable experience in phlebotomy and ECGs.

• Ability to work independently, with sound clinical judgment and awareness of referral protocols.
