What You Will Do:

• Manage a varied caseload of patients across general wards, including those with neurological, frailty-related, and orthopaedic needs.

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and interventions, drawing on your NHS Band 5 experience.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic patient records to ensure continuity of care.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective, patient-centred treatment plans.
