We’re inviting passionate and experienced Occupational Therapists to join the Acute Spinal Cord Injuries Team in Milton Keynes. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist occupational therapy for patients with acute spinal cord injuries and complex orthopaedic needs (e.g., neck of femur fractures).

  • Conduct functional assessments, risk evaluations, and discharge planning in a multidisciplinary team setting.

  • Design and implement individualised rehabilitation programmes focused on improving mobility, daily living skills, and independence.

  • Support patients and families with equipment provision, education, and adaptation planning.

  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with NHS and HCPC standards.


Essential Requirements:

  • HCPC Registration (Occupational Therapist).

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience, ideally within an NHS acute setting or spinal rehabilitation.

  • Strong communication, organisational, and clinical reasoning skills.

  • Car driver preferred due to potential community-based elements.
