What you will do:

- Conduct psychological assessments of children and young people.
- Formulate and deliver evidence-based interventions.
- Play a pivotal role in contributing to Education, Health, and Care (EHC) Plans under the Children and Families Act 2014.
- Provide expert consultation to school staff, parents/carers, and other professionals.
- Employ a collaborative, problem-solving approach to support student inclusion.
- Partner with schools and educational settings to enhance whole-school approaches to mental health, behaviour, and learning.
- Contribute to policy development and training initiatives.
- Lead action research and evaluations, applying evidence-based practice.
- Promote continuous improvement in educational outcomes.
- Recognise and address safeguarding concerns effectively.
- Work in alignment with local and national safeguarding procedures.
