What You Will Do:

• Lead comprehensive pre-birth assessments and develop tailored care plans.

• Produce high-quality court reports and documentation for panels and proceedings.

• Drive multi-agency collaboration to ensure wrap-around support for families.

• Support and implement plans for permanence, including adoption when appropriate.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced staff and promote best practices.

• Engage in ongoing CPD and contribute to a learning culture across the team.
