What you will do:
- Provide exceptional care to patients within the community, focusing on crisis management and hospital avoidance.
- Use rehab skills to identify goals and develop effective plans for patient progress.
- Conduct manual handling assessments and apply knowledge of equipment to support patient needs.
- Drive throughout the area to provide timely care with a commitment to arrive within a 2-hour timeframe for UCR visits.
- Manage and prioritise a diverse caseload, adapting to changes throughout the day.

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Recent UK experience in a similar role as an Occupational Therapist within the NHS.
- Registered with the HCPC.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
