Stock Administrator in Ellesmere Port

Stock Administrator

Location: Ellesmere Port

Duration: Temp – Perm

Pay Rate: £12.21ph

Hours: Rotating Shifts (6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm)

Key Duties:

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate stock movement.
• Manage the scheduling of containers, liaising with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouse teams to optimize delivery timelines.
• Maintain effective communication with internal departments including procurement, warehouse, and logistics to ensure smooth stock operations.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry into inventory management systems and databases.
• Create and update spreadsheets, using formulas and functions to track inventory levels, delivery schedules, and stock discrepancies.
• Support regular stock audits and reconciliations, identifying and resolving variances promptly.
