What You Will Do

• Provide comprehensive triage and screening for incoming calls to the 111 Mental Health Crisis Line.

• Deliver compassionate and expert guidance to callers in emotional or psychological distress.

• Undertake risk assessments and interventions, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Ensure timely communication and referrals to relevant services to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate records and adhere to service and professional guidelines at all times.

This is a front-line role where your expertise will be essential in supporting individuals during their most vulnerable moments.
