What You Will Do

Deliver targeted occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to young people with complex emotional and sensory needs.

Collaborate closely with residential and education staff to embed therapeutic strategies into daily routines and environments.

Work within a multi-disciplinary clinical team, supporting integrated care across all aspects of school and home life.

Design and deliver staff workshops and consultations, enhancing their knowledge and ability to support therapeutic outcomes.

Monitor progress and contribute to personalised care and education plans in partnership with families, educators, and external professionals.
What We're Looking For

HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with experience in working with children and young people with SEN, ASD, ADHD, and/or trauma backgrounds.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a reflective, proactive approach to service delivery.

Ability to conduct assessments and implement interventions within both 1:1 and group settings.

A passion for inclusive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based practices.

Experience in working within residential care or educational settings (preferred but not essential).

Must be comfortable working across both Heighinton sites as required.
