What you will do:

• Support foster and kinship carers in managing a range of complex needs.

• Maintain a caseload of fostering households with regular supervision and contact.

• Write detailed supervision records and household reviews for fostering panels or court presentations.

• Collaborate with social work teams to contribute to permanency planning for children in care.

• Lead placement stability meetings and maintain strong links with the Placements and Training teams.

• Apply restorative practices to improve service delivery and outcomes for children.
