What you will do:
- Guide the team in making threshold recommendations by triaging referrals and conducting thorough MASH enquiries.

- Provide direction to MASH Officers, ensuring the smooth operation of internal team processes.
- Operate without the need for home visits, concentrating your expertise within a dynamic work environment.
- Utilise your decision-making skills to contribute to the safety and well-being of children and families.
As part of the Northamptonshire Children's Trust and the East Midlands Memorandum of Cooperation, you will play a pivotal role in the community.
