What you will do:

  • Deliver compassionate, outcome-focused services aligned with role requirements

  • Perform Dysphagia assessments for patients with learning disabilities or neurodiverse needs

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve key performance indicators and ensure high-quality service delivery

  • Identify and address service needs promptly, implementing appropriate interventions

  • Work in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance service effectiveness

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with relevant parties

  • Adhere to professional standards, policies, and regulatory frameworks to support organisational goals
