We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 Physiotherapist to join the Musculoskeletal (MSK) Team in Sidcup. Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist MSK physiotherapy care to adult patients as an autonomous practitioner.

• Manage a personal caseload, undertaking advanced assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and discharge processes.

• Adapt practice to suit acute, complex, and chronic MSK presentations, delivering evidence-based interventions.

• Supervise and mentor Bands 2–6 staff, supporting their clinical development and performance.

• Coordinate student placements and assist with clinical education, assessment, and supervision.

• Liaise with the Lead Clinician to uphold service standards and promote best practices across the MSK pathway.

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist (mandatory).

• Strong MSK experience, ideally at Band 7 level.

• Experience supervising junior staff and/or students is highly desirable.

• Driving licence preferred to enable community visits and cross-site coverage as needed.
