What you will do:

- Manage a team of Personal Advisors within the Corporate Parenting Service, championing the rights of care-experienced young people.
- Ensure statutory responsibilities towards Care Leavers are met, promoting independence and positive outcomes for young people.
- Provide high-quality supervision and case direction, focusing on improving results for young people within your care.
- Collaborate with partner agencies, building strong relationships to enhance service delivery.
- Implement service and quality improvement methods, working to meet challenging performance expectations.
- Participate in a service management team committed to embedding Restorative and Signs of Safety practice.
- Oversee staff and budget management, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
