What you will do:
- Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in paediatric clients, developing tailored intervention plans.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to optimise outcomes for children with speech and language difficulties.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, using creative and evidence-based methods to engage young clients.
- Monitor and report on patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective and efficient care.
- Provide training and advice to family members and educators to support children’s communication needs.

Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist:
- Possess a degree or equivalent in Speech and Language Therapy with a valid HCPC registration.
- Have recent UK/NHS post-qualifying experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist in paediatrics.
