An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate Paediatrics Occupational Therapist to join a dedicated team in Walsall. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine children's occupational therapy needs.

  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans focused on sensory processing, gross motor development, and independent toileting.

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multi-disciplinary professionals to ensure holistic and integrated support.

  • Monitor each child’s progress, revising intervention plans to achieve optimal outcomes.

  • Provide training, education, and strategies to families and school staff to support continuity outside therapy sessions.


Requirements

  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.

  • Demonstrated experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN).

  • Specific expertise in sensory integration, toileting independence, and gross motor development.

  • A car driver is desirable for flexibility in visiting various sites.

  • Willingness to consider part-time applicants.
