- As a social worker with the Manchester Local Care Organisation (MLCO), collaborate with NHS colleagues in community services, mental health, and primary care, working seamlessly across traditional organisational boundaries.
What you will do:
- Complete Care Act assessments and reviews within an integrated team setting.
- Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments (MCA) and Strengths-Based Framework (SFG) evaluations.
- Participate in safeguarding activities and assessments for Continuing Healthcare (CHC).
- Develop strong professional relationships within the team and maintain curiosity and challenge within your practice.
