What you will do:

- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments, treatment and interventions for paediatric patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate and support families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Lead, manage, and develop paediatric physiotherapy services, contributing to service advancements and improvements.
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in line with departmental and professional standards.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

- Previous experience of working in Children’s Physiotherapy service.
- Registered with HCPC/CSP.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Previous experience of team leadership/management and service development.
