What you will do:

• Handle children's safeguarding and have opportunities to delve into access and intervention strategies
• Work on hospital discharge cases, monitoring and supporting the transition from youth to adult care
• Manage case loads effectively, ensuring a high standard of service across both children and adult cases
• Engage in court processes and adult safeguarding work, leaning into the full spectrum of social work roles
• Embrace opportunities to learn and expand into new service areas with all necessary training provided

With a minimum of three years of post-ASYE experience under your belt, you’ll bring a wealth of knowledge to our dynamic team.
