What you will do:
- Work alongside our permanent Band 6 Stroke Dietitian to deliver exceptional care to all patients referred along the stroke pathway.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nutritional plans tailored for patients within an acute stroke unit.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and deliver comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families about nutritional goals and encourage adherence to dietary plans.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
To thrive in this role, you should have previous experience working within an acute stroke unit and be HCPC registered, ensuring your skills and expertise are up to the task.
