What you will do:
- Administer subcutaneous and intramuscular medications, including insulin, B12, and anticoagulants, with precision and care
- Perform wound management, specialising in leg ulcers and pressure ulcers, to promote optimal healing and patient comfort
- Conduct catheter care, ensuring patient safety and well-being in the community setting
- Apply your unique skills in community nursing, catering to adult and child patients, including those with musculoskeletal needs
- Document and evaluate patient progress, collaborating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
It is essential to have previous experience as a community Band 5 Nurse and be equipped with the relevant skills to excel in this role.
