Team Manager Social Work Opportunity in Children with Disabilities Team in Devon, earning £48 per hour on a locum basis ongoing. We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Work Team Manager to join the Children with Disabilities Team in the picturesque setting of South Devon. With a pay rate reaching up to £48 per hour based on experience, this full-time position requires you to be on-site in Follaton House, Totnes at least twice a week. We are implementing a restorative practice approach and are keen to find someone who can lead and inspire a team with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

What you will do:
- Lead and manage the Children with Disabilities Team, ensuring high-quality social care services are delivered consistently
- Implement and embed our restorative practice approach across the team
- Support and develop team members, fostering environments of continuous learning and improvement
- Build, maintain, and repair relationships with children and families, ensuring their needs are met effectively
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure cohesive and comprehensive service delivery
- Monitor and evaluate the team’s performance and take corrective actions when necessary
