Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed assessments of service users to identify individual needs and preferences.

Essential Criteria

Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy; HCPC registration.

Skills & Knowledge: Proficiency in assessment, intervention planning, and risk management; strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
