Key Responsibilities

  • Skills & Knowledge: Proficiency in assessment, intervention planning, and risk management; strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

  • Professional Commitment: A proactive approach to continuous professional development and a flexible attitude to new challenges.

  • Familiarity with local services and community resources in Hackney.

  • Specialist expertise in areas such as housing adaptations or manual handling.

  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel across the borough (preferred).
