Food Production Operative

Location: Crewe

Duration: Temporary – 2 months

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6am – 6pm

Pay Rate: £15.00ph

Key Duties:

• Preparing and assembling food products on the production line
• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring all products meet quality and hygiene standards
• Packing and labelling products for distribution
• Maintaining cleanliness in the work area according to food safety standards
• Following health & safety and food hygiene regulations at all times
• Supporting other team members and departments as needed

Key Skills Required:

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
• Basic understanding of health & safety and food hygiene standards
