What You’ll Be Doing

• Working directly with children, young people, and families in complex and often high-risk situations.

• Conducting risk assessments and developing detailed safety plans.

• Participating in multi-agency meetings like MARAC and MAPPA.

• Advising on urgent cases through a shared duty system.

• Delivering specialist programmes such as Caring Dads.

• Shaping service delivery by staying current with domestic abuse policies and best practices.

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• A recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.

• Strong experience in children’s services, specifically in domestic abuse settings.

• An Enhanced DBS (current or ready to update).
