Join Our Team as a SEND Teaching Assistant – Inspire and Support Young Learners!
Are you experienced in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and ready to make a meaningful impact in a primary school setting? Flourish Education is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a warm and inclusive school’s in the Malvern area.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a nurturing SEND hub, providing vital support to children with additional needs and helping them thrive in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
This work will start as soon as possible with working hours of 8:30-15:30.
Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
- Previous SEND experience
- Good curriculum knowledge of Key Stage 1
- Experience working in Nurseries or Primary Schools as a Teaching Assistant or LSA
- A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months
- A minimum of 2 excellent references
Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant (LSA) you will receive
- £88.92 - £95.00 per day which equates to £17,339.40 - £18,525.00 per annum based on working 5 days for a full school year.
- £100 welcome to the team bonus paid automatically after working 10 days

You will be working in various primary schools across Gloucester easily commutable from Cheltenham, Malvern and Alderton.
We are currently working with schools in Herefordshire areas who all require day-to-day Learning Support Assistants to help support their students and permanent teaching staff.
