Key Stage 1 Teacher in Tewkesbury, South West

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for a new opportunity in Key Stage 1? Flourish Education is recruiting a primary teacher to work in year 1 on a full-time basis in Tewkesbury.

The client is looking to recruit a Key Stage 1 Teacher to start in September 2025 on a full-time basis.

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting student development, and working collaboratively with the school team to maintain a positive learning environment.

ECT's are encouraged to apply as well as experienced Teachers. Our client has capacity to support your ECT years also.

Required skills and experience for this Primary Teacher role:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) open to ECT 

Confident in leading a classroom of children.

Strong behaviour and classroom management

To be able to work effectively with the Teaching Assistant

Support emotional and social development.

Job Role:

Plan and deliver lessons, in an engaging and creative way to your class

Marking and assessments

Create a positive learning environment

Effectively work alongside teaching assistants

Working for Flourish Education as a Primary Teacher you will receive:

Pay rate between £162.30 - £223.62 which equates to £31,650 - £43,607 per year.

The option of PAYE or umbrella

Holiday Pay - for PAYE candidates you accrue this at 12.07% of your day rate
