Key Stage 2 Teacher in Pelsall

We are recruiting a KS2 Teacher for a Primary School in Pelsall, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. This is a full-time position starting immediately, initially until July, with potential to continue into September. The school is a well-regarded two-form entry Primary School at the heart of the Pelsall community, known for its high expectations, nurturing environment, and commitment to pupil wellbeing. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching a Year 3 class with full planning and marking responsibilities, following the National Curriculum and working closely with your year group partner.

Job Role:

• Full class teaching responsibilities as a Class Teacher, including planning, delivery, and marking
• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Maintain excellent behaviour management in line with school policy
• Collaborate with the other Year 3 Class Teacher for consistency and support
• Participate in school events, training, and meetings
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working as a Primary Teacher, KS2 Teacher, or KS1 Teacher
• Sound knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Previous experience teaching in a UK Primary School
• Adaptable, committed, and enthusiastic about teaching
