Year 5 Teacher in Willenhall, West Midlands

We are recruiting for a Year 5 Teacher to join a GOOD Ofsted-rated Primary School in Willenhall from September on an ongoing basis. This welcoming, three-form-entry Primary School is known for its supportive leadership team and strong community ethos. The successful candidate will take on full class responsibilities in a well-resourced setting with excellent teaching assistant support. This Primary Teacher role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a settled Year 5 class and is suitable for an experienced Class Teacher or an ECT with strong placement feedback.

Job Role:

• Full-time Primary Teacher role in Year 5 from September
• Full class responsibilities including planning, preparation and marking
• Delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Working closely with the year group team and leadership
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitoring and tracking pupil progress to ensure all children achieve their potential

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience as a Primary Teacher, Class Teacher, KS1 or KS2 Teacher
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Confident delivering lessons in Key Stage 2 (KS2)
• Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar Primary School setting
