Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant – Dudley – Immediate or September 2025 Start

Would you like to gain meaningful, hands-on classroom experience before pursuing teacher training or a career in education, child psychology, or social care?
A caring and inclusive primary school in Dudley is looking for compassionate and motivated graduates to join them as Graduate Teaching Assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils, support their academic and emotional development, and gain valuable insight into primary education.
What’s on offer:

Full-time role starting immediately or from September 2025

Long-term position ideal for graduates exploring careers in primary teaching, educational psychology, or child welfare

Earn up to £520 per week

Located in Dudley with excellent public transport access

Work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 alongside experienced teachers and SEN staff

Support children on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and in the classroom environment

Help pupils build confidence, improve core skills, and feel included and supported in school

Gain valuable experience with SEND, safeguarding practices, and child-centred learning
This role is particularly suited to graduates with a background in Education Studies, Psychology, or Health & Social Care, who have a genuine passion for helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
While previous experience working with children is a plus, it’s not essential. What’s most important is your empathy, enthusiasm, and commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of young learners.
