The Role:

Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant position

Long-term placement ideal for those pursuing teacher training in 2026

Work closely with students across KS3 and KS4 in your subject specialism

Support learning through 1:1 and small group interventions

Assist teaching staff in delivering an engaging and inclusive curriculum

Earn up to £520 per week

Who We're Looking For:

Graduates with a 2:1 or above in any secondary subject (e.g. English, Science, Maths, History, Geography, Languages, PE, etc.)

Enthusiastic individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting their learning

Previous experience working with children or young people is beneficial, but not essential
