What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the community setting, focusing on individual patient needs.
- Perform advanced procedures including compression bandaging, conducting Doppler assessments, PICC line care and flushes, and managing syringe drivers.
- Provide basic wound care, supporting patients with DRE and bowel care.
- Administer both female and male catheter care along with suprapubic catheter management.
- Manage insulin administration and give subcutaneous and intramuscular injections with precision.
- Maintain thorough patient records, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver a comprehensive care approach.
