What you will do:

• Lead and support the Sefton Youth Justice Service in ensuring inspection readiness and excellence in practice standards.
• Audit current practices and develop comprehensive policies to drive improvements and ensure compliance with youth justice standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to support staff on their improvement journeys, providing training and feedback for continuous development.
• Contribute to the performance and effectiveness of the statutory board by offering insights and leadership for day-to-day operations.
