What you will do:

• Manage a dynamic and diverse Children & Families caseload involving the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of appropriate action.
• Deploy and coordinate resources effectively to safeguard and promote the welfare of children, young people, and their families.
• Work closely with other professionals, agencies, and carers to develop supportive relationships that nurture family strengths and resilience.
• Keep thorough records and prepare reports based on comprehensive assessments of cases.
