• Collaborate with Herefordshire Council’s Legal Team to contribute to Court applications, gaining invaluable courtroom experience.
• Use a restorative approach to work alongside families, improving outcomes for children.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to secure the best outcomes for children.
• Provide oral evidence effectively in court when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and policies to safeguard children.
