What you will do:

• Provide support and therapy assessments to adults with learning disabilities or autism
• Facilitate the improvement and independence of individuals through advice, guidance, and rehabilitation plans
• Utilise well-honed interpersonal and communication skills, possibly using picture communication tools
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with professional standards
• Apply knowledge of adult social care and health legislations like the Care Act 2014, Manual Handling Regulations 1992, and Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
