Advanced Social Worker - Locality Team in Exeter (UK), earning £42 per hour. What you will do:
- Work alongside the Team Manager to provide professional guidance and supervision to your team
- Support the day-to-day operations, ensuring an efficient service to foster carers
- Maintain a smaller caseload, giving you time to focus on quality engagement with foster carers
- Undertake investigations related to fostering standards of care concerns
- Serve as a foster panel advisor
- Share your extensive knowledge and experience through mentoring and supporting new team members
- Drive improvement within the service to ensure excellent levels of practice
- Encourage the development of a holistic approach with foster carers, children in care, and partner agencies
