Requirements of the Advanced Practitioner: Degree or equivalent in social work.Current Social Work England registration.Significant frontline experience working in statutory children and families social care settings within the UK.Proven experience in direct work with children with disabilities and their families.Competency in handling complex situations and sensitive information.Experience attending court processes and promoting child welfare.Familiarity with MCA assessments, DOLS applications, and transitions to adult services.
