Temporary HR AssistantLocation: Telford, TF7Hours: Monday to FridayContract: Temporary, initially 8 weeks with the potential to be extendedSalary: £27,000 per annum (pro rata)The role: We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Assistant to join our client’s team on an initial 8-week contract, with the possibility of extension.This is a varied role offering the opportunity to provide comprehensive HR transactional support while also delivering diary management and administrative support to the senior leadership team.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR administration across the employee lifecycle while supporting the day-to-day operational needs of a senior business leader.Main Duties: Processing new startersManaging employee referencesProcessing Right to Work documentation and ensuring complianceSupporting employee induction activitiesProviding recruitment administration and onboarding supportMonitoring and processing probationary reviewsSupporting absence management processes and record keepingManaging day-to-day HR queries and administration, including: Bank detail changesJob title amendmentsPayroll-related queriesLeaver processingGeneral employee administration Providing diary management supportCoordinating meetings and managing schedulesAssisting with administrative tasks and correspondenceSupporting the Director with day-to-day organisational requirements About you: Previous experience in an HR administration or HR assistant roleStrong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills Interested?
