This is a senior leadership opportunity to lead the transformation and insourcing of a property professional services design function.The organisation is focused on building sustainable communities, supporting economic growth, and improving long-term health and wellbeing. They are driven by strong values around ambition, courage, and empowering their workforce to deliver meaningful outcomes.The RoleAs Head of Property Design and Delivery, you will lead the transition of property design and professional services from an external provider to an in-house model. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of around 30 professionals and oversee key supplier relationships, ensuring continuity of service throughout the transition period, including full responsibility for TUPE processes.You will provide strategic leadership, advise on organisational design, and lead recruitment to establish a future-ready operating model.
