You will manage a multidisciplinary team of around 30 professionals and oversee key supplier relationships, ensuring continuity of service throughout the transition period, including full responsibility for TUPE processes.You will provide strategic leadership, advise on organisational design, and lead recruitment to establish a future-ready operating model.
